Alban Juillerat
Managing Partner
Alban is the managing partner of White Crown Partners. Previously, he held during 10 years various finance positions in the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries in the UAE and was most recently the CFO of a leading Oil & Gas services provider in Dubai. Prior to this, Alban was an associate with KPMG Transaction Services in Paris, focusing on corporate finance matters. He started his career with Linklaters in Paris.
Alban focuses on corporate finance, strategy and governance matters including funds raising, mergers & acquisition, divestures, corporate advisory and restructuring.
He holds a master degree in business & tax laws from Paris Sud University, a bachelor in civil law from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University and graduated from Edhec Business School.
Nicolas Bianciotto
Managing Partner
Nicolas Bianciotto is Managing Director of White Crown.
He focuses on SaaS Softwares and especially on Martech and HRTech. He successfully closed more than 20 deals.
Nicolas graduated from ESC Reims.
Paul-Henri Guigma
Vice President
Paul-Henri is a Vice President at White Crown Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he was an M&A associate at Oaklins. Recently, he has been involved in various transactions within the TMT and healthcare sectors.
Paul-Henri has also worked as an analyst at Atos, EY, and Naxicap Partners. He holds a Master of Science in International Finance from Rennes School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Staffordshire University.
